Scarborough/Buchanan seminar on 'Democrat' mistakes...
I can't summarize it b/c I must keep my breakfast down. Suffice it to say that it was interspersed with Buchanan's fond recollection of the Nixon years and Pal Joey's recollections of the ultra-conservative grandmother - he was 5 in 1968 - being upset over Bobby's assassination. Obama's 'rookie mistakes' and Pat's good friend J. J. Angleton's statements about inexperience.

It was positively nauseating...

:puke:

8. The thing about the dems pissing me off right now is their backing down
from raising the taxes on the hedge funds who give most of their money to dems. Schumer has blocked the tax increase on them. They now pay very little on all the big bucks they are raking in. We need new blood all the way around.

12. "We need new blood all the way around. " I agree..
But how too get new blood that can not be bought is the trick.

We have a serious, serious problem in the country. Its country that is not ran by THE PEOPLE, its run by nonperson entities called Corperations whom by and place their Reps in the peoples Government. How to halt this continues hijacking is yet to be seen, I think it all starts at the 'Federal' Revenue Service.

5. Morning Joe has turned into the typical Right bashing of the Dems
Now all of a sudden it is Hillary they fear and now Obama would lose the election for the Dems.

Did you hear Joe laughing so fucking hard at Obama this morning?

That laughing and making fun of him will come back to bite them.

7. Exactly, got that too. What a change. Why do you think they have now
switched from Hillary being the one they want to run against to now the most formidable candidate and Obama as the one they could win against. Amazing how they guide the Dem's in the direction they want. They did it in the past and trying it again.

10. What they are counting on is america's sexist racist views to win the day

for them. Sadly they might have a better grasp on the american public then we do. I know I was shocked when Michigan defanged the states Afirmative action laws. Even some liberals were spewing the right wing propaganda ideal that somehow Afirmative action was giving woman and blacks an unfair advantage over white men, everybody knew at least 5 people that scored higher on tests that lost out because a black or a woman with a lower test score got the job. Also the old stories about black welfare queens with 15 kids and its mostly blacks on welfare made a come back. Even though that welfare system died and was replaced by the Work First welfare to work program scam has pretty much stopped the laying on the sofa watching cable TV in an air conditioned house paid for with tax dollars welfare of the 70's,I heard people repeat those stories and how everyone knew at least 10 people living high off the welfare teat. It's been strange up here in Michigan for a number of years now. People whine and complain that the democratic governer hasn't done enough to bring more jobs into the state or stop jobs from leaving the state turn around and say in the next breath that theres so many jobs to be had that there is no need for welfare. Sadly these are the voters both Clinton and Obama are counting on to win the day for the democrats. I really think its a shame that people are that small and petty that they would even think of voting for more coruption then take a chance with a woman or black leader.

edited to add missed words

13. Man, you got that right, thanks, good insightful info. We need a government
most of all that is going to "really" do work for the people. We need a government to work against corruption in their own house and especially in the corporations that are taking over and running the government and this country. I mean, hell, there are corporations that want a war because of the money to be made by it and the tope officials don't let their kids go fight the war so they stay back and play while daddy makes a lot of money off of the war.
