Bush asks Pentagon to draw up plans to attack Chile for bridge collapse.

Rush Limbaugh told bush that corrosive salt poured on the bridge during the cold winters leads to corrosion of steel bridges and may have led to the bridge's collapse. Thus bush declared a war on winter and the first preemptive strike will be against Chile.

In a televised speech at the American Enterprise institute, bush said that there is an axis of winter: Chile, Iceland and Iraq. There will never be true Global warming as long as this axis of winter exists.

Bush commented that as soon as we pepper Chile, we will move on to Iraq where there are dangerous insurgents hoarding the world's hot air.
