5. That would not be my guess at all, sadly.
She is likely older than that.

Which just makes it more pathetic.

It looks like a computer was put into a time warp and popped out 2 million years ago, then found by an early primate.

10. 'Only our enemies burn our flag and loath us, not our citizens.'
Leonard Pitt’s column “Logic lacking” (Reading Eagle, June 27) re-garding flag burning as a First Amendment right lacks logic.

Anyone who burns the American flag to express how much he or she loathes this country should be given the right to leave it and not allowed to return.

The First Amendment gives us the right to peaceably assemble and to petition the government for a redress of grievances. It does not give us the right to violently and destructively express anything. Only our enemies burn our flag and loath us, not our citizens.

Pitts wrongly interpreted the First Amendment to mean that an American citizen may do anything, anywhere at anytime. Burning the American flag is a violent, hostile and un-American act of desecration unbefitting an American citizen.

It certainly is not a peaceful demonstration to express grievances, which the first Amendment gives us the right to do.

Pitts needs to review the First Amendment. He needs to understand that his freedoms are limited by those of others. Only anarchists believe in unlimited freedoms, which equals chaos and results in freedoms for none.

11. "I could continue, but this should be enough for all Americans to support Patroit Act..."
Concerning your Patriot Act editorial of Sept. 5, “Concern for security trumping civil rights,” our libraries have been used by at least seven of the Sept. 11, 2001, hijackers before their attack.

Khalid al-Mihdhar and Nawaf al Hazmi used library computers to buy tickets for American Airlines Flight 77, which plowed into the Pentagon.

Five other hijackers used libraries for Internet access Marwan al Shehhi used a German library, and Wail al Shehri and his brother, Waleed, used the Delray Beach, Fla., library; Mohand al Shehri used that library too. They helped demolish the World Trade Center.

While taking flight lessons, ringleader Mohamed Atta used the same public-library computers and worked out at a Delray Beach health club.

I could continue, but is this not enough for all Americans to support section 215 of the Patriot Act, which by making library records available to the FBI could prevent many attacks saving thousands of our lives?

12. OMG!
Bush didn't lie. He just changed the truth and created a whole new truth. What is past is not and never happened, what is now, is, but tomorrow it may not be the same as it is today. See, it just depends on how you look at things. We will all be fine as long as we stop comparing past videoed statements with recent videoed statements.

God I hope Cheney runs for President. I am sure the same people that voted for Bush in 2004 will vote for the Cheney/Gonzales ticket in 2008.

14. I'm in and I'll raise you this letter
http://www.coshoctontribune.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=/20070805/OPINION03/708050315/1014/OPINION

It is no longer arguable that the major media outlets are controlled by hard core liberals (Democrats) who slant, distort and omit news to suit their agenda. Continual distortion of reality with no challenge is the norm. "Iraq stinks and Bush is evil" becomes accepted as reality and has become the Democrat Party's motto.

I am sure Zack Space is probably a nice man, but his election with others like him helped bring about our radical Congress intent on raising taxes and arranging surrender to the century maniacs who want to kill us all.
Democrats would subject us all to the dogma of global warming, keep us sending money to those who hate us by restricting our own energy sources. They resist all oil drilling, oil refining, nuclear energy. They attempt to make us hate Wal-Mart and attempt to rig union elections by eliminating secret ballots in union elections. They are attempting to bring back the so called Fairness Doctrine in an attempt to quiet talk radio, the one source of truth for conservatives. They would like to give us government health care. They seem to admire the wonderful systems of Cuba and Canada. Michael Moore is one of their big heroes.

The present day Democrat Party is being run by the most extreme group of leftists in my lifetime (I am over 80) and since they have not yet fully taken control we are only seeing the tip of the iceberg. Today's Democrats are class warfare socialists, radicals who are bad for America.

There are no Harry Trumans or Jack Kennedys in the Democrat Party. They have been replaced by the hateful socialist radicals in control of Congress now. Republicans have their faults but they are not socialist, and the color of their flag is still red, white and blue, not white.
