And *'s constant pauses (he can't get through a sentence without a long pause) followed by a burst of overly-articulated three syllable words. He ALWAYS sounds like that.
Do you think he's just a really inarticulate boob whose slow brain functions don't allow him to come up with words, OR there's really an earpiece or a box somewhere and he's waiting for someone to give him another phrase to utter?
How can the person who is supposedly the world's most powerful man sound so stupid? :dunce:
