Freepers! Explain how Saddam could have moved the WMDs!
HOW?!

Do we not have spy satellites and spying capabilities, which are the best in the world?

Didn't we "know" the supposed mobile weapons labs for what they were, instead of how they were disgused? Why wouldn't we have known that the WMDs were actually WMDs, if Saddam was moving them into Syria and we could figure out the other disguises? We had all the intelligence apparatus of the US trained on Iraq, and you expect us to believe that millions of tons of WMDs were thrown into a semi and trucked into Syria WITH NO ONE NOTICING?

Fuck, freepers are stupid. I can't believe this idiotic idea is still going around.

9. Okay so we were able to track $1 Billion on tractor trailers right befor the invasion but NOT WMD
right?

Eiher this story is complete BS
OR
There seems to be some problem with priorities (or IS there ;-) )
OR
the freepers are more of a pack/herd/troop of morons that previously considered possible.

http://www.theage.com.au/articles/2003/05/07/1051987733993.html

The family of Saddam Hussein looted $1.42 billion from Iraq's central bank before his downfall, a US Treasury Department official said today.

The New York Times said Saddam sent his son Qusay to the vaults of the central bank in the hours before the first US bombs fell on Baghdad to load nearly $US1 billion ($A1.58 billion) onto three tractor trailers.

"All I can do right now is confirm this report of $US900 million taken from the Iraqi central bank by the Saddam Hussein regime or family," the Treasury official said, speaking on condition of anonymity.

He could not immediately confirm the details given by The New York Times.

But the report said Qusay reportedly turned up at the vaults with a letter from his father authorising the seizure at 4am on March 18 to carry out what could be the biggest bank heist in history.

10. Hmm
Well Dr Strangelove helped Saddam build huge underground tunnels between Iraq and Iran and they were driven there. Obviously.

Oh and Saddam is still alive too, the guy they killed was a paid actor. Of course The tunnel actually goes deep into the earths crust and comes out in utah. So now US forces must occupy that tunnel or they will come to fight us over here.

And they found secret plans there too. Plans to attack all the Sizzler steakhouses in Delaware.

11. because freepers/23%ers are the political version of guys who call sex lines
they don't really want to disbelieve and ruin the fantasy, so they don't. Period.

To admit they were wrong - an ability which I have noticed is very uncommon if not nonexistent in the 23% club - on ANYTHING raises the question that perhaps they were wrong on everything. Think about it: one of the main reasons they gave for backing Bush is that he sticks to his guns regardless of polls, facts, popularity, legality, etc. It is something they admire about him and themselves. "NEVAR BACK DOWN!" and all that.

They will never, ever admit that they were played for fools, and if they sort of do admit it, it's in the very popular form of "well, everyone in Washington is corrupt" meme. But that won't stop them from voting for the next Liar (R) either.

Feith "leaked" this to Stephen Hayes of The Weekly Standard. The neocons tried to spread a "plausible" lie, oops! Explanation... :puke: Rick Santorum was using this when trying to keep his Senate seat last year.

Hayes is the same shill that just wrote Cheney's "biography".

15. Not to mention, if the WMD are in Syria
Wouldn't they be a serious threat to get into the hands of terrorists to use against the US. After all, Syria isn't exactly our best friend here so why would be concerned about WMD in Iraq, but not in Syria?

So are these folks then admitting that Bush has probably allowed the WMD to get in the hands of all sorts of bad actors since we did not invade Syria?

Idiots.

Saddam hated Bush so much that he let his country be invaded and himself overthrown, and lived in a hole in the ground for months, before he was finally captured and executed, BECAUSE HE WANTED TO EMBARASS BUSH.

Talk about holding a grdge!

37. Because he could never stand against the might of the Good Ole US of A!
He knew he would be doomed, no matter how many WMDs there were, or how strong his army was! He was standing against The Mightiest Force The World Has Ever Known! So he hid all his weapons to fool us, because there was no possible way that Our Great Army could ever be defeated, ever!

Of course, that begs the question as to why he would let things go so far as to be invaded, if there was no possible way he could win. BUT THAT'S BESIDE THE POINT! USA!USA!USA!

Why would they move them to Syria? Here they are under threat of attack by a powerful country and they move their weapons??? :wtf: That makes no sense. If Saddam was will to use weapons on his own people, it really doesn't make a lot of sense that he would not be willing to use them on incoming invaders.

If I knew someone was going to break into my house and kill my family I wouldn't move my guns to the house down the block.
