Staying, as we were for a few days, just about five minutes from Diebold Election Systems, Inc., headquarters in Allen, Texas, we thought it might be nice to drive by and see the old place for ourselves late last Saturday night...

Just humor here as I am stunned but still hoping that there is something left to the 4th estate... Is there ANY way you can get this into the MSM? Do you send press releases to AP and United Press on this sort of stuff? PBS' Lehrer Report? And if so, do they respond at all?

I try to let MSM types know about what's going on at BRAD BLOG. Whether they listen, or pick it up, is another question.

But when a bunch of citizens call their attention to something, they'll usually check it out.

So let 'em know! Hell, imagine all the scoops they could have gotten *years* ago on all of this stuff, just by reprinting my reports! :-)

6. It always comes down to the principle of the thing:

Any country that counts its votes in total secrecy without verification. . .

IS NOT AND CANNOT BE A DEMOCRACY.

This is about as easy to understand as 2 + 2 = 4

Even if:

-there were not example after example of election results that scream fraud

-there were not many whistleblowers like Clint Curtis who claim (and are willing to undergo lie detector tests to affirm) that present officials (Feeney from FL e.g.) have tried to use the machines to win elections

-there were not study after study showing the machines are easily hackable

-there were not many literal hacks in real time showing how easy it is to do (Hari Hursti, et al.)

EVEN IF ALL THESE THINGS AND MANY MORE WERE NOT TRUE,

the above principle would still be enough to throw away these machines and use HCPB OR audit every machine count (however long it takes) 100% and make the hand-count the final, valid count.
