I think it's great, and I can't wait for Mr. Keith O's questions!

16. I thought there was somewhere to send questions for the first part,
because he announced the 2nd half were his. Mea culpa.

4. I hate watching presidential debates. But
this one is really different. This is engaging.

Going back for the last 15 minutes.

5. The candidates I like look
very good in this forum. The particular one I don't does not seem to be doing so well. But it's all make-believe, we all know the outcome is determined.

9. all candidates should have to go to this debate in the future, being there
takes some guts and if you can come away relatively unscathed than you could probably handle anything.

14. A trembling healthcare seeker, a miner's angry widow, a hospital organizer daring them to
fire her--these were no ordinary "real people". The screeners wh chose them deserve lots of credit.

IMO this was extraordinarily better than the usual corporate media questioning trying to gin up a "gotcha". Real people with real problems got a chance to ask real questions.

17. I especially like the way Obama didn't just pander to the 6-month citizen who
asked about a pathway to citizenship for the undocumented. IIRC Obama told him the border would have to be sealed, employers would have to face stiff penalties for hiring the undocumented, the undocumented would have to "pay fines and go to the end of the line", but yes, there could be a path to citizenship. That was a great example of Presidential leadership--reaching out to all sides to build a sensible compromise.
