I'm sure many other observant DU'ers have noticed the psy-ops campaign going on in the corporate media now that August has arrived.
Just since Sunday, there have been numerous "polls" and reports regarding how more Americans support the surge and how some Iraq cities safer because of the troop surge.
We all know what Patraeus is going to say in September. But it's almost surreal as to the boldness with which they are manipulating information and setting the people up to accept a never-ending war! (at least they plan for it not to end before * leaves office)
