Do some citizens truly believe
that terror attacks can only be prevented by letting Bush trash the Constitution and the Geneva Conventions?

2. No, but too many Democrats think they do,
and that's a big part of the problem.

3. Yes, sadly
some even post 'round these parts

But there is a number of folks who believe this with all their hearts

Never mind much of what has been done over the last six years is fear mongering and mommy devices

6. That's two different problems.

There are millions of people who are scared to death of terrorists.

These people are so afraid, that they want anything and everything done to protect them.

Civil rights don't mean anything to them, since theirs will never be violated because only bad people are going to be tortured or spied on.

The Geneva Conventions don't mean anything to them because we've never signed a declaration of war with a co-signer of the Geneva Conventions.

So, they don't believe that ruining our very special foundation are necessary, since the people that mean to do them harm are bad people.

Bottom line. The only people ok with the trampling we've seen, are too distracted or too lazy to notice, connect the dots, and realize what the reality of the situation is.
