1. No, not yet.....maybe NEVER |
|
perhaps if we support him in his current endeavors, he'll believe we'll follow him all the way to the white house? Just a thought....
Those who support him now will support him later. If there is no 'later' (white house run).....we've still tried to do some good, haven't we?
Peace, M_Y_H

But we can dream.
In the meantime, I think Edwards is our best choice.

3. Wouldn't that be nice? |
|
But Gore is doing his thing. Thinking of him as part of this team, close to the Clintons and Edwards and supportive of the others, makes me really happy though.

7. I have read that Al and Hillary had quite a few dust-ups |
|
during the Clinton years. I can't say for sure if that's true because now I can't remember where I read it.

9. It would be interesting to know. I heard something... |
|
About Gore not running because she plays hardball or something. If he ran, I would bet it would be bloody. But with Gore not threatening her power, in fact helping it through his popularity and connection to her husband, I'll bet things are decently warm.

8. Well, Al left the DLC and broke all his philosphical ties to the Clintons. |
|
It was reported that he and Clinton quarreled during the last days at the WH.Clinton seemed to feel that Gore could have won if he didn't distance himself from Clinton, who was requested not to campaign for him.Recently, it is said they have occasionally spoken, but one would not say they are "close".This was what I remember from a WP article.

10. That's an interesting story. I would like to hear more about it. |
|
Their relationship seems pretty relevant at this stages of the primary, actually. Maybe that story should come back into the public eye for a moment.

11. Gore will not run because... |
|
he cannot stomach all of the dirty tactics of the Cons and I don't blame him. He will try to be reasonable and explain policies and they will pull out every dirty trick to keep his campaign talking about nothing and we all know there will be a never ending story about his son. These bastards need someone who will bring to them.
