under the weight of "entitlements" and "waste" should have an even larger Semi atop the rubble: The Pentagon. But I suppose that could be covered under the title of "waste". :shrug:
Since the Pentagon's budget dwarfs any other of our nation's expenditures I think the cartoonist missed an opportunity to inform people of the monetary black hole the Pentagon has become.
