Since yesterday, the Young Republicans have apparently been burning the midnight oil, deleting as many web references to Young Republican National Head Glenn Murphy and the organization as they can find. Even Google's caches have been updated to reflect
no connection between Murphy and the Young Republicans. The GOP has been conducting its usual Stalinesque wiping-of-history, which it often does when scandalous news about one of their own occurs (an almost daily occurance). Isn't it Grover Norquist, former Young Republican honcho, who has a tattoo of Lenin somewhere on himself? Fortunately, there still are some web records available:

His media savvy and grassroots skills helped transform Southeast Indiana from a Democrat stronghold to a Republican growth area. He shoots for the 'impossible', and more often than not, he succeeds. I wholeheartedly endorse Glenn Murphy for Chairman of the Young Republican National Federation and his team for national leadership."
Daniels said this about Glenn Murphy in March of this year.
Who's Glenn Murphy? He's the (now resigned, as of last night) head of the Young Republican National Federation who is accused of sexually assaulting another guy during a Young Republican "sleepover" of sorts.
