usually the questions/comments he receives center around local issues - not this time

yes it's true we don't have the votes - but the catch-22 is this:

bush-enabler: I don't SUPPORT impeachment because we don't have the VOTES

Congress critter: I won't VOTE for impeachment because I don't have the SUPPORT
