You don't want other people dictating how you run your business? Then do the right thing. Not gonna do the right thing? Then your workers and/or your customers and and/or your government are going to step in.
How come the greedmeisters don't get this?
I remember when I was about 7 years old, my father's union went on strike. He sat us kids down to explain why he would be hanging around the house for a while, and why we were going to eat more macaroni and cheese. It made perfect sense, and a 7 year old totally got it and was on his side. That was a very important conversation in my personal development.
Someone needs to sit down with these types of business owners, and talk to them like they are 7 year olds...
