I, as an example, work about 14 - 16 hours a day leaving me very little time to exercise (I get a run or a rucksack walk in maybe once or twice a week). If I had a subordinate who was taking three hours out of his day to play wannabe athlete I would call him into my office and tell him to take as much time as he needed to workout because his employment is no longer needed.
