What does it mean to have a broken military?
A serious question: We know our military and reserves are being destroyed by endless criminal occupation. In practical, geopolitical terms, what does this bode for the future? What possible scenarios will follow from this dangerous outcome?

1. Well, for one, it means that any threats we issue
will be rightfully taken as meaningless posturing. North Korea, for example, knows we don't have the manpower to take them on no matter WHAT they do.

2. Does it also mean that another country could invade us, and we could not protect ourselves???

4. We can ALWAYS protect ourselves...
Occupying America would be like occupying Iraq X 10,000.

Believe me, that's the least of our worries.

5. I don't think so.....
being an invader or occupier worked so well for us in Iraq.

The home team always has the advantage. That's how we won against the superior force of the Kings military in the revolutionary war.

3. I think there will a significant drop in the number of people joining the NG and
reserves in the future. They will be aware that in some situations they will become the primary 'fighting' force in a foreign country. Most in the NG thought they would be helping people here in the USA through crises, but some are now going back to the middle East a second or third time.

I hope that with a 'broken' military, we will be forced to close more world-wide bases and get our asses off of some real estate that rightfully belongs to others.

6. It means a lot more money for defense contractors......
to fix the problem.
