Biden suggests bringing criminal charges against Bush admin.
Biden suggests bringing criminal charges against Bush admin. In a recent interview with Newsweek, Sen. Joe Biden (D-DE) said he is opposed to impeachment proceedings because they would disrupt Congressional business. “But he has a pretty stunning Plan B“:

The alternative, and it’s taken me time to think through, I think we should be acquiring and accumulating all the data that is appropriate for possibly bringing criminal charges against members of this administration at a later date.

Why wait? Why the hell wait?

1. 'At A Later Date'. Damn, get off the pot, Biden! You'd earn some
recognition with this move!

4. Blah, blah etc.
The House can't even muster enough votes for an Impeachment Inquiry on Gonzo. Either the Dems are clueless or complicit with the Busholini Regime agenda. What is that agenda?

That is to say, none whatsoever.

18. You got it! Putting off the witness who would VERIFY Anita Hill's Statement!
Biden is a Pall Bearer for the Dem Party.... And, does anyone remember his "vanity thingy" with the hair plugs?

25. Biden also plagiarized speeches in 1988.
Yes, it's obvious he wears hair plugs. You can see at debates that he'd be completely bald if he didn't.

8. I think the only criminal charges that can be brought against
a sitting president or vice president is impeachment. It will be much easier to bring criminal charges one they leave office.

9. Maybe they don't want to IMPEACH until after they WIN back the WH
Plan B seems like it is doable. And Biden has stated he doesn't want to be Sec. of State, but maybe he would prefer AG, so he could take the lead in this current fiasco.

Just my thoughts.....

23. You'll have to ask John Dean, that's where I heard it
when he was on KO. I looked for the transcript but haven't been able to locate it.

Maybe you'll have better luck.

11. Impeachment is preferred but
if this is all they can muster then it's better than just letting them off. There just has to be some sense of justice, they can't just go on with their lives and it be forgotten what they did to America and the world. Conyers made some off comment on the possibility of impeaching them even after they leave office didn't he?

Of course this all assumes that they actually intend to leave in January,'09!

13. They're going to be even more busy later on...
trying to undo/disentangle all of BushCo's F-ups! Meanwhile, he just keeps making more blunders, creating more outrages -- which Congress goes along with "for six months" here and "until September" there. It's surreal that Congress feels no urgency to DEAL with him once and for all.

14. What business ...

Republican Senators aren't letting much business happen. Plus any SERIOUS business would just be vetoed by the Chimp.

Impeach his ass during primary election season and get it over with!!!!

16. DESPERATE BIDEN...."SUGGESTS" bringing CHARGES...Yeah...Right....
When CNBC's LARRY KUDLOW (Reagan Supply Sider) pratically ENDORSES BIDEN as GREAT FOR WALL ST. ...then I take everything Biden says with grain of salt. If Conyers, Waxman and Leahy can't bring Gonzo down then why should we trust "Mr. Credit Card Biden" to do this for us. I should have said: "Mr. Meet the Press" (Russert Whore) Biden...!!!

26. More than a dollar, my friend.
It'd sure make me open my checkbook back up again (such as it is, of course).

What I'm now telling EVERY Democratic campaign worker, local, state OR national: "No IMPEACHMENT? NO MONEY!!! PERIOD."

Firing a multimillionaire sociopath means nothing to them. Put him in a cage for the rest of his life. He may not understand why he's there, or feel remorse, but he is no longer a threat to the world.
