I can't seem to find an answer to my question eslewhere so what better place to find it than at DU?
It seems to me that some states are bearing much more of the brunt regarding the deployment of their Nat'l Guard units than others. Is this a misperception on my part or is there some way to substantiate this?

There is not much info on this available. It seems to be a bit of a "secret" so we don't realize how many of our guardsmen are not available in the event of an emergency here in the "homeland"!! Hope this will help you out!! http://www.usatoday.com/news/nation/2007-06-14-guard-table_N.htm |
