However, the Secret Private Army does not answer to anyone. They make more in salary in a month than the average G.I. makes in a year. Their missions often endanger the lives of our soldiers and friction is noticeable between the mercenaries (Blackwater) and our soldiers.

4. They do not fall under the rules of UCMJ and

are exempt from Iraqi justice, as well. They answer to no higher authority, as our Armed Forces are. They number some 48,000 in country. I know I would resent them if I was one of the regular troops.
