2. It doesn't matter, those leading candidates will change nothing

In fact the ONLY reason I am voting for the Democratic nominee is because of the Supreme Court, but after 2008, unless the Democratic party changes, I will be working for a third party candidate

if you can trust them to select members of the court that we would even approve of. If you can't trust them to get out of this war then really ask yourself, how will they select a nominee for the court?
