2. Hey David G, that's because Democratic members of Congress
are not rubber-stampers like GOPers. They can actually think for themselves instead of having the leader tell everyone how to vote.

Sure, I'd like to see a little more concensus, maybe organize the ideas, wean out a few less ideal ideas so the Democrats look more unified.

3. Did he mention what the consensus is among Republicans?
Or by omitting that, is he tacitly admitting that Republican opinion beyond George W. Bush and Dick Cheney doesn't make a bird's pecker worth of difference as to what happens? As if.

I have local news on right now. I think MTP comes on at 9:30 in CT.

Roundtable to include Frank Rich, Christiane Amanpour, and Jim Lehrer.
