"Church Lady at "cancel a ticket" Traffic School class."
Edited on Sun Aug-12-07 11:51 AM by lonestarnot
Church lady 11 miles over the speed limit, insisted it was only 1 mile over the speed limit. Her bushitler think alike was after the disabled drivers, wants to ban them altogether from driving and the teacher about let us out early because he nearly had a stroke when I suggested that people should try to avoid service for 120 days and ignore all photo radar tickets. Interesting 5 hours. acccccck. DUers take a word of advise from the wicked. Turn every opportunity into a political event! Specially when there is a crowd! Dissent! Resist!

2. I did gloss over the event rather quickly. Sorry. I'll add.

The Church lady, who prefaced her introduction with her speeding ticket was doled out either before or after Church, and who insisted that traffic tickets could be distributed by civilians, was for banning disabled drivers from driving. Churchlady participated at traffic school because she was "afraid of handicapped drivers."

The instructor became very agitated at my thoughts on photoradar tickets, which was to simply ignore them. They can't personally serve everyone, and tickets that aren't served within 120 days (from Court date) are thrown out. (And that's not legal advise)

8. I had kinda worked that out. The headline still really has my brain in a knot....
"Church lady at drivers' traffic cancel the ticket school."

You meant that to indicate you'd be describing a church lady
at a traffic school; a school that will cancel a ticket upon
completion of the course?

Might I politely suggest that it would be easier to understand
if you phrased it:
"A Church Lady at my "cancel a ticket" Traffic School class."

16. To actually get back on-topic:
Isn't it just INTERESTING how the most "holier-than-thou"
people go through life refusing to be accountable for
their own actions?

Does she SERIOUSLY think any believes she was only 1 MPH
over the limit?

17. Yes, but I think she may have actually understood before the money grabber let us go.
At least about her speed, but was left unchanged or moved with regard to disabilities.

18. And yet,
When the day comes that she's half-blind and has
the reflexes of a warm turnip, why do I suspect
that SHE'LL still be on the roads?

And that she'll be filled with righteous indignation
at any suggestion that she shouldn't be driving anymore?

22. That's where the
'christians aren't perfect, they're just forgiven' crap comes into play...just because their god forgives them it means that everyone else should ignore their misdeeds.

20. 11 mph over the limit?
Here in SoCal that's dangerous because it's slower than the rate of traffic.
