When I donate, do I HAVE to deal with the "sticky" thing for my donation to register?

I really need a new bumper sticker. My old one is just about worn out! I looked for them in the DU store and couldn't find them, so I thought maybe now you were just giving them for donations.

I donate nearly every drive both for myself, more often for others. That thing is an eyesore, at best... x(
