DeLay thinks Rove is Obi-Wan Kenobi

In the first Star Wars film, just before Darth Vader cuts him down, Obi-Wan
Kenobi tells Vader that he can't win, that if he cuts him down, he will only
become more powerful than Vader could imagine.
