I enjoy listening to our local morning show with Thom Hartmann and Carl Wolfson, which airs from 6-9am Pacific time. Carl has taken over most of Thom's local show because of the National show needing more attention.
They have been having excellent discussions about impeachment and letting callers discuss their frustrations regarding the Dems not honoring their sworn oath to defend our Constitution. They had Sen. Wyden (D-OR) on yesterday morning discussing his town hall meetings he is holding around the state. Carl did not throw softball questions. He asked Wyden directly why impeachment is not happening. Wyden's response was if they focus on impeachment, they can't get anything else done, which is bunk.
In this morning's Oregonian, on the front page of the metro section, there is an article on his meeting which was held last night. Most of the focus was on the war and impeachment. People are angry and Wyden is getting an earful, which he deserves. I'm hoping that when Congress is back in session, they will all have gotten the message from their constituents that we are angry and will throw them out if they do not defend our Constitution and impeach.
