criticized Bush Sr. for not doing more against Iraq, and when Cheney gave his reasons for NOT going into Iraq.....Saddam STILL POSSESSED WMD's!
So, after hearing a C-Span Republican line caller say that the Clinton/Gore administration did nothing for eight years, I thought, given the fact that no WMD'S were found in Iraq in 2003, that must mean that Saddam either disarmed himself completeley between the end of the Gulf War and Daddy Bush's administration.....or else....within the first two years of Georgie-Boy's.

Maybe i missed this video, but i don't think so. Has anyone else seen this video before now? if not how come? It's been five years and now this video of Cheney saying it would be foolish to go into to Baghdad suddenly surfaces.
