Reporters demanding to know whereabouts of Bob Murray

What? Is he all broke up over it?

They said Murray was participating in the rescue operation at the time of the latest collapse but that he was not injured.

As the presser was just ended reporters could be heard yelling "Where's Murray?"

7. I've been very impressed with CNN's coverage regarding Murray

And this whole tragedy, going back to last week, they were all over him. I'm not sure what inspired them, but they seem to be doing actual reporting on this one. I happened to catch the story at 11:00 pm (Pacific) last night, and immediately switched over to CNN, where they were covering it fairly extensively. And, their reporter stated emphatically that the mine was not safe.

I'm sure when I turned on CNN last night I heard them say that he was saying something about an emergency, but he hasn't been seen since.

I hope he jumped into the mine forever.

he's pretty obviously criminally responsible for these deaths. Typical corporate goon, accepts neither blame or responsibility. Cuts and runs, lies and denies.

1. He finally had that stroke he's been working up to.

2. His children begged him to please stop embarrassing them in public.

3. Important Republican fundraiser to go to.

4. Energy meeting with Cheney.

5. Fled to some country that doesn't persecute hard-working coal executives.

6. Working out the details of that pardon from Bush.
