5. I thought the GD Porn war of '04 was better.

I think the shot across the bow which started that was a poster who said John Edwards' daughter is "hot", which led to all sorts of bad craziness and eventually meant sex threads (but not fighting about sex threads) were banned from DU.

The GD Porn wars of '05 and '06 were not terribly memorable.

Basically, they're pretty much the same argument, over and over. Most people here think consenting adults should be free to look at pictures or films of other consenting adults fucking. A few don't. A few think consenting adults shouldn't fuck, period, at least not if one of them has a penis.

And whatever happened to Mongo? He was always up for this sort of thing.
