because he had done some research for clients facing foreclosure who were just trying to understand their options at this point.

5. Lord, I hope they can make it also. If they can't, that means I'll

have to cough up quite a bit of money to help them. I'd planned on leaving them an inheritance, but in these "iffy" times, I'd hate to cash in my annuities right now. I can't make the money again.

I just found out that a relative is having problems meeting mortgage payments and I forwarded this on to them.
