Go to the local quickie mart to buy a gallon of milk. You turn down the aisle to the dairy case and start emptying all the milk cartons onto the floor because one carton, and only one carton, had an expired date......or so you thought you read. Turns out you read the date wrong, there were no expired milk cartons...
The quickie mart manager is pissed, asks you.."Just what do you think you're doing?!?! Do you know how much money you just cost me?!?!"...
of course your response would be...."Sir, it's not about what I did 5 minutes ago, it's about how your going to mop up this mess....I'm leaving to find a store that WANTS my business".....
