Think about it, Nixon is outside of that ring of corruption. If you take the rest you had Poppy at CIA and Reagan bringing in the filth that pollutes our Government to this day. Reagan, Poppy, then GW is just a continuation of the same thing. Nixon was evil all on his own and while its true that some of the current players started with Millhouse they didn't really come to power until the Right wing mafia found its way to power.
