Inherent contempt? Absolutely!!

I had a little one on one time with Congressman Braley today. He's on the the oversite committee. First I asked him about holding these people accountable. He said that there is so much going on that needs to be stopped.
I asked him about the Lurita Doan questioning. Told him I thought it was disgusting the way they act. He said that they have spent so many years with absolutley no questions asked that they resent the tough questions.

I told him that they cannot just ignor supoenas and would he use inherent contempt to force them to testify. He leaned forward and loudly said "Absolutely!!"

I also asked him if things were as bad in Washington as they seem to be. He said that if you listen to the republicans in the elevators or the hallway, they are scared, but are coming our way. The more that cross over to our way of thinking the more courage the others get to do the same.
