Pedophile Blogger Leaving California
LOS ANGELES (AP) -- Self-described pedophile Jack McClellan said he's leaving California after a judge ordered strict new limits on his behavior.

McClellan told KABC-TV the restrictions barring him from coming within 30 feet of places children congregate and making any kind of contact with them without written parental consent were "Orwellian" and "nightmarish."

McClellan operated a Web site where he posted photos of children but has never been charged with molestation.

1. I don't think what the judge did was right
Regardless of what the slimeball wrote, I don't think it was right. Why didn't the judge just order him to Gitmo?

Cause I heard about this guy last month...and he needs to be put of our misery...

but...sigh....

how can a judge order that if he has never been charged.

*on edit* If there is more to this story, like any other criminal charges, weigh in...
