Perhaps it will be a "Temporary" AG that kind of rides out the rest of Bush's term because the confirmation hearings on his "real choice" get bogged down....

Watch, Bush will quietly name an "temporary, acting AG" who will continue all the Gonzo policies and then formally nominate a completely unacceptable replacement that will bog down in the Judiciary Committee.
