Bush About To Be An EyeSore Again For Seattle...

....What the fuck is wrong with this picture....every time shrubco comes to Seattle he fly's in at evening rush hour traffic...closes down airspace at the busiest time of the dam day....and when he arrives in Seattle today he will shut Sea-tac Airport down twice for at least 30 minutes each coming and going.......Ive got an Idea for all those here on the DU....call Rep.Dave Reichert and tell them just how much you appreciate the hassle for political fund raising.....1.877.920.9208

BELLEVUE, Wash. -- Backups and protests are expected in Bellevue Monday afternoon, when President George W. Bush is set to appear at a fundraiser for Rep. Dave Reichert and the Washington state Republican Party.

The president is scheduled to fly into Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, the first time a sitting president has arrived at Sea-Tac in 15 years. Presidents normally arrive at Boeing Field for visits to the Seattle area.

1. And the trash and his entourage will be in Louisiana and Mississippi
to suck all semblance of ceremony out of the second anniversary of katrina later this week. Just stay the fuck on vacation you worthless scum. Or go tell our troops how easy it is to desert the military.

2. Does it matter what the little people think of this?
In the meantime, WHY doesn't the Washington State Democratic Party use the resulting nightmarish traffic footage for a campaign spot that will KICK ASS?

We have the third worst traffic in the USA on a NORMAL day.

Did I mention we're going to the Mariners game tonight, and I have to collect DH from Bellevue this afternoon?
GRRRRRR!

3. grrrr is right
We;re going to the ballgame tonight too and I expect we'll need to leave the house two hours early. If I hadn't spent $110 on these tickets, I'd be in Bellevue protesting the chimp, even though you can't get within two miles of him.

4. A-hole!
The traffic was already pretty bad this morning. The worst part is, I forgot the dictator was coming and therefore I will not be able to protest it in person.

6. We have the third worst traffic in the USA on a normal day
Bush's appearance for yet another fundraiser will do nothing for Dave Reichert besides focus the anger of those who will have an even more hellish commute because of his selfishness and greed.

IMHO, YMMV,

7. Why is he flying into SeaTac? Doesn't he usually land at Boeing Field?
Shit, what a hoser.

"Hmmmm, I could inconvenience a lot more people if I flew into SeaTac!"
