3. Doh. Thanks for adding link. I think it's strange that a major newspaper investigates whether or |
|
not someone is gay.
But in this case, the guy was such a disgusting Clenis sniffer, I guess he has to get called on his hypocrisy.

How many of our legislators vote a certain way because they have been threatened with exposure of their sexual secrets?

18. That's a possibility. It sounds like it's an open secret in DC that Larry is gay. |
|
Plenty of fodder for blackmail. I don't doubt for one second they've all been blackmailed/extorted.....on sexuality, banking business, extra-marital affairs....whatever it may be.

If the Idaho Statesman has been investigating Senator Craig for quite some time, this is gonna be a bombshell.
Looks as if Craig just might lose his seat, if it proves to be true.

anything having to do with Craig being Gay. They're in CYA mode for not reporting it in June when it happened.

19. Local papers are the last to expose their own... |
|
All the Denver papers and media knew about former Repug Governor Bill Owen's marital trysts that supposedly ended up in at least one illegitimate child born, but none touched it. The story among state employees was that he was involved with one of the teachers or principals of one of his daughters. The media never touched it, even though they had to admit having been given some evidence to run with. These kinds of stories really have to be "broken" from a national level. Local media are too damned timid, protective, or amenable to blackmail.
