Diaper free-from birth!
This is just funny.

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/huff-wires/20070827/diaper-free-babies/

Oh yes---I've heard of this before-I LOVE how some parents think all children are the same. My kid wouldn't tell me she needed to go when she was 3-it was a fight there for awhile(don't even ask about the amazing poop from nowhere)-anyway-these choice comments made my day: (AS IF Gonzo wasn't enough!)

Snip~

She says finding a supportive daycare center is the biggest challenge for parents who choose not to use diapers. Other problems include finding tiny underwear for diaper-free infants.-(yes this made me laugh out loud)

Isis Arnesen, 33, of Boston, has a 14-week-old daughter, Lucia, who is diaper-free. She said it can be awkward to explain the process to people, such as when she helped Lucia relieve herself in a sink at a public restroom. (INDEED mama!)

"Sometimes I don't know what's gonna happen and it doesn't work, and sometimes I feel a little embarrassed," Arnesen said. "It makes her happy though, right? She smiles, she's happy."

2. "I believe that children are the green future, treat them well and let them
pee in sinks..." (is that how the song goes?)

This is not totally unique.

4. Pee in Sinks - No thanks
I have no problem with the diaper free movement but geez the public restrooms are pig stys already - I'd rather not have the sinks used as baby urinals. Please hold them over the toilet.

11. I've seen moms who let their babies crap in the sink at public restrooms.
I kid you not.

3. ROFLMAO!
My baby smiles from the moment she awakes until she goes to sleep - barring some crying for food - and she wears diapers.

Unless they're dirty or the baby has a rash, they don't even really notice the diapers.

6. I lived in Central Africa for a Summer and there were no diapers
They used different kinds of leaves for everything. There were leaves for diapering, leaves for wiping, etc. I guess there must be millions of people around the world who don't use diapers. And leaves recycle.

7. Omigod. That broad with the baby pissing in a public sink should get arrested.
What a filthy tramp.

8. I was going to say
If you can make your baby diaper-free and it works, more power to you--you're saving whatever negative impact the diapers (disposable or cloth) would have on the environment. But I'll be damned if you're going to let your kid pee in a public bathroom sink before I use it.

13. I s'pose not...
just knowing the blowouts my son has had over the past couple of years, if we tried to go diaper free at an early age, our house would be an absolute disaster.

14. Exactly
Even if it was just pee in this case there's a blowout ready and waiting for the next visit.

10. If the baby is trained
why can't the mother let her relieve herself in the toilet instead of the sink? I don't get it. Really. I just don't get it.
