Knox girl's story to be in "Chicken Soup" (a quick thank you to teachers)
Teachers, like my grandmother was, are truly the salt of the earth.

You invest your time, your life, into helping those most innocent among us how to read, how to grow and realize their dreams. The story below just hit me about it all, as has this week as my daughter started school and has an awesome teacher (not to mention the time the wife spends with the daughter teaching her as well).

Teaching - not preaching - truly enables people to grow and think, to contribute to not only our society but others as well. Free minds suddenly realizing that they can read, and using the skills imparted to them to open their minds.

It would not be possible without our teachers.

Our future depends on those young minds, and you work day in and out to help them learn and grow.

Just a quick thank you :)

Revoir, who is a national board certified teacher for the deaf, said being on the dance team was something Briana wanted to do when her friends decided to try out.

Kathy Hobbs, Briana’s mom, said her daughter’s first performance was a little scary, but they were all thrilled when she performed the dance.
