Heard that on TV the other day. I think they said that Bush allows 10 billion a year to be spent on cancer research and 5 billion a week for Iraq.

it turns out a Bush crony and NIH director has been funnelling money into his own lab. $70 million bucks for his own crappy, trivial work. That's 1% of the annual NIH budget.

Big Pharma can't profit off herbal formulas. Though they are trying to figure out how to do so through discreditation and regulation.
