When someone pleads guilty, accepts probation, and then proceeds to defiantly, repeatedly and publicly proclaim his innocence, isn't it sometimes the case that the judge will revoke the probation and order the defendant to jail?

I think he pled to a misdemeanor, don't know what that involves here in MN.

you have to affirm under oath that you committed each and every element of the charged offense. In other words: is Craig lying now, or was he committing perjury when he plead guilty on August 8?
