and city parks.... One has to sort of adjust the time of day you frequent if you wish to avoid....Dog owners learn quickly not to let their pups off leash in most urban parks if you don't want them returning with used condoms and underwear from the bushes..

he infuriated me..and i only heard it for about 2 minutes before i got up and shut him off!

15. last summer i took my neice to san fran..and we were in the fishermans warf area..

my neice had to go to potty..so we found a public one..and she wanted to go in by herself..she was 13..and i said no ..i will go with you..well low and behold ..we went in and a scruffy man ..hair matted ..was in the ladies room..and he didn't leave..it was like he was living there..

my niece was scared..as was i... to tell the truth..so we casually walked out..without causing any stir with the man..

it was a lesson for my niece..and all of us adults..never let your children go into a public bathroom alone..ever..
