The mission of the DU Joe Biden Supporters Group is to provide a single place at DU to post information and updates about Senator Biden's campaign, and to share our own perceptions and opinions. We would like the opportunity to discuss his career and qualifications with others who view him favorably even if they are still in the process of deciding who they will support.

2. say what you will about biden

but he is a valuable public voice during this way-too-looooooooong run-up to the primaries. his message is usually excellent and his profile is very high, giving volume to many of the points dems are trying to make that keep getting buried by the front-runners' MSM-enhanced "drama". whoever wins the dem nomination, i hope they consult with him and his people about how to handle the iraq situation and they use that material heavily. heck, for pretty much any foreign policy issue, i hope he is utilized. i know people have problems with biden, but he is definitely worth having on our side and out in front of the cameras at this time.

Biden may not be getting much press, but he sure is raising the quality of the debate. I'm still undecided, but he's the one closest to getting my vote.
