Iraq PM al-Maliki: Americans are exacerbating sectarian tensions by building up Sunni groups

http://www.mcclatchydc.com/227/story/19317.html

<snip>

He also said he believed the Americans are exacerbating sectarian tensions by building up Sunni groups that have turned on al Qaida and that he would reject incorporating any former insurgent with coalition or Iraqi blood on his hands into the Iraqi security forces.

"The support for the Sunnis is something we do not accept — because we do not agree to support either Sunnis or Shiites," he said.

2. Sounds like all hell is breaking loose in Iraq
A Yahoo story on Sadr's army was totally confusing to me. Bottom line it sounds like george's Surge has heightened the chaos that was and is ravaging that country. The Iraqis have got to long for the days of Saddam's rule - how effen sad---- And our troops are in the middle of this.

Ya, and george wants to blame all of this on Iran. Hold on folks, this could get Really bad.

George is babbling worse than usual. That makes for one dangerous man, a cornered rat.

3. Well, DUH. That's what the Saudis asked us to do when Cheney was summoned to SA.
That's why they cancelled the Royal Visit that had been planned for over a year.

That's why the price of gas spiked, and now is crawling down.

They have us by the fuel-filled balls, ya see.

The Saudis don't want Iran controlling the Holy Places OR their oil. And neither does the US. That's just the way it is.
