U.S. Senator Gets Flushed
Republican Larry Craig sought Minnesota airport toilet tryst.

AUGUST 28--Here's the Minnesota police report memorializing the June 11 arrest of U.S. Senator Larry Craig in an airport bathroom. The Idaho Republican (pictured in the mug shot at right) was nabbed in a men's restroom at the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport after he apparently sought some same-stall action from a plainclothes cop.

1. Report falsely states Craig's "criminal history" is clear...
..not true: He's uncritically supported the illegal Cheney/Bush junta.

2. Just a little something I noticed
in the police report: "Dispatch was notified that we had one in custody at 1222 hours."

One what? I've been around cops a lot and have read arrest reports and never seen the suspect referred to as "one"......always it was either a body or a suspect in custody.

It just reminds me of "one of YOU people" or "one of THOSE people".

4. I'm not so sure of that.
Cops often saying they have one in custody. It doesn't refer to a type of person. That's regular police speak for the number of suspect's being brought in.

5. I've always heard them say
one body or one suspect, not just one. It doesn't matter, it just caught my eye.

6. I beg to differ on one of the things the policeman said.
I try to use the handicap stall because I have a problem with my hip and need a lot of room. But what I do is especially in the winter time is hook my coat over the door lock SO PEOPLE CAN'T SEE IN. And I'm not tapping my foot for sex. I just don't want people to look in.
