Have I told you lately how much I hate these MFers?!?
I cannot describe to you the contempt I feel for those trusted with public confidence and responsibility that thwart the very institution of honesty and integrity.

I have personal happenings in my own life that display the disregard for the law and the truth.

Everyone, even at the county level behaves like our recently departed AG.

My experience has been that people who represent the state are not interested in truth or justice. They are driven by politics, ambition, and headlines. They could even, as in my personal case, have emotional issues that they are not qualified to work through, or even scores that need to be settled. Their actions are no less dishonest than those associated with an organized crime affiliation. Actually, their tactics are beyond imagination. They are ALL POWERFUL. Able to strip you of the most primitive of rights. They may appear before a Magistrate in any municipality and make unsubstantiated claims to garner themselves an arrest and/or search warrant. They have the capability to set unreasonable bail amounts based upon untrue statements. And because the law reads that the Judge must give deference to the prosecution; you are screwed if you try to mount a defense within a very limited time period; and I am talking 24 hours after an arrest.

I guess my point is...

Well I am not sure I have one. I am undergoing the fierest of fights against an all powerful, unlimited resourced POS you could never imagine.

I am sure everyone can relate to Abu cutting the congress off at the knees. Imagine this happening in your own life. Where you have to fight people that have the ability to reduce you to an inmate without any rights, or an effective defense. Who break constitutional laws, lie, make shit up, and have no consious.

Take a stroll with me down this path.

It is hell on fire.
I am not gonna give up.

2. It is seriously serious!!
These people are family. There is a concerted effort amongst state agencies to kick their ass.

5. Well whatever has happened,
I wish it hadn't but it apparently has and I'm sorry. Don't know what to say other than hang tough because our judicial system is screwed.

3. No offense meant but really....
I am going through hell fighting the all-powerful state.

I can't eat.

Rarely sleep.

Have limited resources.

These family members whom I love with every fabric of my being are subject to a relentless system that favors the state.

Their assets have been frozen therefore denying them a competent and aggressive defense.

They are forced to rely upon a public defenders office that is over taxed with responsibility.

Ironically, the PD that was assigned to one of the defendants filed an unprecedented lawsuit against the PD department because the caseloads were unmanageable. He was "overlooked" for a promotion because he complained that he was strangled from defending his (mostly indigent) clients because his unmanageable case load.

So here we are. And I could rant for days. It is inexplicable to me that someone would consider condoning felonious behaviour. But there you have it...

Good Night and Good Luck.
