shouldn't funding be provisional? Shouldn't we find the gaping holes before we throw more money into the barrel?

Forget any other argument.

The GOP can't spin the debate when you highlight the corruption.

3. Even I, who many DU'ers would label an 'apologist', would have to agree.

6. I'm right there with you Klukie
when IS enough enough? I want the dems to say no more. To think of all the good that could be getting done with all the money that has been WASTED yea wasted in Iraq., and they have the nerve to quibble over 2 million here or there that could help Americans struggling-I'm sick of this crap.

5. Yep..
They need to 'put their money where their mouth is' and show
where the billions went that are 'unaccounted for'. Show us
how thousand and thousands of guns are 'missing' (Lord of War -
the movie comes to mind when I think about the guns:grr:)
If they cannot keep up with what they are given, cannot
make any progress, and cannot stop driving America into the
abyss....they need to fucking quit their jobs and go home.

and definitely a perspective that's been given little consideration by the House and Senate. Think I'll FAX that question to my reps in both chambers and see if I get a response, doubt it but its worth asking anyway.
