Would a Pelosi presidency steal Hillary's thunder as first female president? |
I think this is a valid question in light of the stories about how Carville didn't want a recount in Ohio in '04, so as not to put Hillary off track for '08.
Pure speculation, but I think there may be something to it.

4. Though impeachment of Shrub and Cheney she could become president |
The non-recount by Carville, I think, was mentioned that the Dems should continue to let Bush fuck up to assure an 08 victory and that the noncontention was purposefully done.

9. That would not happen. Remember Watergate? |
If Bush/Cheney thought they'd be convicted, then Cheney would resign before that could happen. Bush would appoint his replacement -- like Nixon appointed Gerald Ford. Then if Bush were convicted, that person would become the new President.
The Dems wouldn't be in the loop.

2. Not that I think EITHER will happen, but no. |
I don't think so at all. I think if Pelosi were to somehow become President, it would pave the way and make things a lot easier for Hillary when/if she took office.

5. Pelosi would still be only acting president AND/IF |
Hillary would be elected...she would be the first elected and real and not acting woman president.

7. How could we have two first female presidents? |
Obviously, one has to come first, thereby making the other second or after. I don't get the question.

8. That's what I'm saying--Pelosi would nullify Clinton's status as First Female President |
Would some of that appeal wear off for her, if Nancy Pelosi did impeach Bush/Cheney and ended up as acting president?

11. Certainly the Senator is using the momentum of possibly being the first woman president... |
...to gain some votes. But she first has to win the nomination, then the general election, and neither of those are certain at all. Would Senator Clinton lose votes if Speaker Pelosi became president through impeachment? I doubt it. She may even pick a few up. But sex is not the most relevant factor in this next election, so it probably isn't anything to worry that much about.
