25. How about helping out the people that didn't take out foolish loans

and speculate in the housing market. A lot of the people that are in trouble are house flippers that have driven up the price of homes and made it hard for poor people to afford entry level housing. They speculated in real estate and they ought to lose. Let the cost of housing fall so those that have acted responsibly can afford housing.
