Tucker Carlson: Apologize Now for Comments Condoning Violence!
http://www.thepetitionsite.com/takeaction/390407334?z00m=9463449

During a discussion Tuesday night on MSNBC Live with Dan Abrams about Sen. Larry Craig's (R-ID) arrest for "lewd conduct" and eventual guilty plea, Tucker Carlson described to fellow MSNBC hosts Dan Abrams and Joe Scarborough his assault on a man who he said "bothered" him in a Washington D.C. public restroom.

MSNBC has replayed some of the segment, but cropped out Carlson’s comments that he "…went back with someone I knew and grabbed the guy by the -- you know, and grabbed him, and ... it him against the stall with his head." Carlson's comments, coupled with laughter from Abrams and Scarborough, suggested to viewers that physical violence is an appropriate response to an unwelcome overture. This is dangerous and wrong.

MSNBC has yet to acknowledge Carlson's comments.

Tucker Carlson should apologize immediately and condemn acts of violence against gays and lesbians. Sign and add your comments now telling Carlson and MSNBC why they must state publicly that they don't find humor in or condone the physical violence Carlson described.

1. The thing about Craig that would drive me to violence would be...
the deal with him staring through the crack along the stall door for a couple of minutes. That would have caused a life-altering experience for the jerk.

I have no problems with public sex between anyone and anything, but that crap disgusts me.

2. Abrams and Morning Joe were laughing
during that exchange. I don't think they believed Tucker. Tucker got caught mentioning that 'IT had happened to him" so when they called him on it he had to have a 'Manly' ending to his stupid story. Like Tucker would be capable of even defending himself!!!

I don't see it as much of an issue. I know this whole story has polarized some here on DU, but I saw that exchange live on the air and it was not any story of violence... Tucker was full of it and got laughed at...

4. I don't believe the story either
Tucker probably wet his pants and ran home and hid behind a chair.

3. ...or I'll kick your ass!"

kidding. Tucker's trying to makeover his wussy image to save his show, and nobody's buying it. This is a desparate little man who has about as much business being a public figure as Larry Craig does.

5. So Essentially Tucker Had To Apologize For The Lie He Told
He's a naughty, nasty, bad boy who should have realized that none of us thought he could land a punch in the first place, not even if his intended target was tied up.

6. Thanks for the tipoff
I've downloaded a copy of the unedited segment from gawker.com. Better grab it before the lawyers do!

7. Does anybody actually believe that wussy would fight?
That's the most ridiculous story I ever heard. My guess is that his adolescence was just one continuous wedgie.

He's just pandering to the dumshits by bragging about how he "beat up a queer". Even the dumsits can't believe that story.

We all knew kids that boasted about shit like that. Most of us weren't very impressed but my reaction to Tucker would've been ROFLMAO.
