...and touching someone else's FOOT while they are in a stall using the bathroom might not be a legal activity. I don't know. Wouldn't that be equivalent to being in a dressing room trying on clothes and having the person in the next dressing room over GRABBING YOU?

At least that's what I think.

Of course, there are special dispensations if one is there to have sex. Then maybe it's OKAY to peek thru a stall repeatedly and touch people's feet under the stall?

I have two sons and once they get to a certain age they won't and shouldn't be in the women's bathroom anymore. If what Craig was doing was simply flirting that would be okay but he was looking for action to take place in the bathroom. I don't want any kid to be exposed to two adults going at it in a public bathroom - doors have been known to open on their own not to mention the cracks like the one Craig was peeking through (no pun intended).
